How to Prepare Your Files
To ensure the best possible print quality, please make sure your artwork meets the following guidelines before uploading,

Recommended File Types
PNG (preferred)
EPS (vector files)
PDF
AI
Resolution
Minimum 300 DPI recommended for all files.
Low-resolution files may result in blurry or pixelated prints.
Backgrounds
Use transparent backgrounds where required. Avoid JPG files with white or colour backgrounds unless the background is part of your design.
Sizing
Ensure your artwork is correctly sized before uploading.
Ōtautahi Print Co does not resize or edit files unless a design service has been requested and paid for.
Copyright & Ownership
By uploading your artwork, you confirm that you have the legal rights and permission to use the design. Ōtautahi Print Co is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements.
