At Ōtautahi Print Co, we are committed to providing high-quality DTF prints and custom apparel. Due to the nature of our products, please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

DTF Prints & Transfers
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting all transfers upon delivery.
  • By purchasing from Ōtautahi Print Co, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure correct application (pressing).
  • We are not liable for issues resulting from incorrect pressing, garment damage, or user error once the product has been delivered.
Custom Clothing Orders
  • All custom clothing is made to order and is non-refundable unless deemed faulty.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or customer errors in order details.
Artwork & Design Responsibility
  • Ōtautahi Print Co does not proofread, edit, or check customer-submitted designs.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all artwork, spelling, sizing, and formatting are correct before uploading.
  • We are not responsible for any errors in final products resulting from incorrect files or designs provided.
Refunds & Returns
  • Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Approved refunds will incur a 20% processing fee to cover production, printing, packing, and administrative costs.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed faulty.
Faulty Items
  • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue so we can assess and resolve the matter.
