  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
2. Products & Services
  • All products are made to order, including DTF prints and custom apparel.
  • Colours, sizing, and final results may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and production processes.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Orders & Production
  • Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.
  • Production timeframes are estimates and may vary due to workload, stock availability, or unforeseen delays.
  • Customers must ensure all order details and artwork are correct before submission.
4. Artwork Responsibility
  • Customers are fully responsible for all artwork submitted.
  • Ōtautahi Print Co does not proofread, edit, or check designs for spelling, sizing, or formatting errors.
  • By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the legal right to use the design and it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
  • Customers retain ownership of their submitted designs.
  • By uploading artwork, you grant Ōtautahi Print Co permission to use the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
  • We are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted designs.
6. Pricing & Payments
  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept payment methods available through our website (e.g. Shopify Payments, Afterpay, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
7. Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are shipped via NZ Post track and trace courier with signature required.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier services.
  • Ōtautahi Print Co is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services.
8. Returns & Refunds
  • All returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are limited and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Ōtautahi Print Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
10. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.
  • If you are purchasing for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply to the extent permitted by law.
