At Ōtautahi Print Co, we pride ourselves on efficient turnaround times while maintaining high-quality results.

Production Times

• Standard print orders are completed within 48–72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• This timeframe applies once all artwork is received in the correct format and print-ready quality.
• Any delays in artwork approval or file quality may extend production time.

Custom Apparel Orders

• Custom apparel orders have a production timeframe of 7–14 working days.
• Turnaround may vary depending on order size, complexity, and stock availability.

Shipping & Delivery

• Once your order leaves our warehouse, it will be shipped via NZ Post Track & Trace courier.
• All parcels are sent signature required for secure delivery.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location within New Zealand.
